Georgina passed course a self led course in Music Therapy QLS Level 3 with Distinction 94% from Centre of Excellence in October 2024. (150 Hours CPD training.) Georgina offers and tutors children and adults that may be suffering from overcoming anxiety, behavioral, learning disabilities, concentration to emotional issues. Georgina has enabled children learners that have suffered sudden recent bereavements to feel safe and hopeful about the future, to assisting confidence issues in female and male students with / without a range of disabilities.
A range of strategies are provided to learners seeking either to learn a music instrument to aid them to take a rest from their concerns and/or to experience music for it’s healing effects.
She also prepares students for music exams, public performances and auditions. Any musician looking to hone their preparation skills for any future performances are also welcomed too.
Georgina works and performs for charities including Music in Hospitals, care homes to related in the fields of abuse and trauma by leading national charities. These are often high profile clients and venues. A recent performance included for AFRUCA (Africans Unite Against Child Abuse) Charity fundraising and variety evening as part of AFRUCA’s 7 days against human trafficking campaign at Amnesty International, London.
